Absolutely. All of our technicians are pet owners and will happily take a moment to say hello and help your pets feel comfortable while we're in your home.
Will it be loud during the cleaning?
There's some noise during the process, but our technicians are trained to keep it to a minimum. The vacuum is a little loud near the furnace and we'll have an air compressor running outside.
Can we stay home during the cleaning?
You bet. It's your home — you're welcome to stay throughout. Aside from a little noise, our technicians will happily work around your family so you can carry on with your day.
Do we need to prepare anything beforehand?
Just clear access to your furnace or HVAC system. If we can reach all of your vents by hand, we're good to go.
How do I know everything was cleaned properly?
We love show and tell! Even if you're busy or out, our technicians take lots of before-and-after photos so you can see exactly how everything was done.
What are NADCA and QUADCA?
NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaners Association) sets the standards for proper, thorough cleaning by certified technicians — fewer than 5% of Lower Mainland companies are NADCA certified.
